How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email info@fanousi.com with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery.
Get Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1–2 business days.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RA email.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Unused items in original packaging
- Incorrect or defective products
- Items damaged during shipping
- Orders received within 30 days
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened perishable or hygiene items
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items returned after 30 days
- Products showing signs of use or damage by buyer
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and complete our inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
